GOALS

1. Recruit and retain new family members from the community (external).

3. Build a culture at HOC that promotes excellence, continuity, timeliness, and giving (internal).

4. Establish an organic worship and prayer culture (internal).

5. Develop and empower ministers and leaders in the nature of Christ (internal).
